What is important about the job you do?
In short, providing good customer relations. I’ve always been in the customer service industry in one form or another since my first job at 16. It is my philosophy that the customer comes first. Insurance can be confusing so I take great pride in assisting clients with their understanding on the subject. The bottom line is simple, having satisfied customers who enjoy a smooth experience with their insurance needs.
